These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the master directory and our taxonomy filtering systems.

You agree to use DayOclock only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Data Scraping: Using automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform.
• Interference: Attempting to disrupt or compromise the integrity and security of our client-server architecture.
• Misrepresentation: Copying our UI, taxonomy structure, or brand identity to create a competing product.

DayOclock and its original content, features, taxonomy categorizations, and highly-customized visual design are the exclusive property of DayOclock and its founder.

While the dates of global observances are public domain facts, the specific compilation, curation, contextual descriptions, and code infrastructure provided on this site are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

When you use our "Submit an Event" feature to suggest a new observance or cultural day to our database, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and distribute that information across our platform.

We reserve the right to review, edit for accuracy, or reject any submission that does not meet our strict curation standards.

While we strive for absolute chronological and contextual accuracy, DayOclock is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the absolute completeness or reliability of the dates listed.

We are not liable for any planning errors, business losses, or miscommunications resulting from reliance on the information provided in our directory.

DayOclock is an independently operated global platform. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with standard international digital commerce laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
